Every THE BAGMORA order is packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partners' warehouses and shipped with tracking. This page explains how long that takes and what to expect.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales and peak seasons, processing can take up to 5 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Remote areas and some countries can take 15–25 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs checks, carrier delays, weather and holidays can occasionally add time.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is refused or left uncollected because these charges weren't paid, we can't offer a refund for it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we can't redirect the parcel, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If tracking says delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbours and your local post office, then email us within 7 days and we'll help open a claim with the carrier.

We want you to love your THE BAGMORA bag. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or is not what you ordered (wrong item, colour or style), email us within 30 days of delivery with:

• your order number;
• clear photos or a short video showing the problem, the item and its packaging/shipping label.

Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is:

• unused, unworn and in its original condition;
• in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

To start a return, email us first — we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be processed. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund parcels lost on their way back to us. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund the item price; original shipping charges are not refundable.

What isn't covered

• Small colour differences caused by photography lighting or screen settings.
• Measurement differences of 1–3 cm, which are normal for hand-measured and hand-made items.
• Natural variations in hand-woven straw, rattan, bamboo and leather.
• Wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.
• Items returned used, damaged or without their original packaging.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or any time before it's dispatched, for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under the change-of-mind terms above.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
