These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of thebagmora.com (the "Site"), operated by THE BAGMORA ("we", "us", "our"), and to any purchase you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–3 cm. Hand-woven and natural materials vary from piece to piece. Product names and designs are our own; THE BAGMORA is not affiliated with any other fashion brand.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Customs and duties

For international orders, you are the importer and are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or submitting false information.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names and images — belongs to THE BAGMORA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Reviews and comments

If you submit reviews, comments or photos, you confirm they are your own and truthful, and you give us permission to display them on the Site and in our marketing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
