Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with tracking. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then most arrive within 7–15 business days. Remote areas can take longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

What if my bag arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email us first for return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering, or before your order ships, and we'll cancel or update it.

Is the leather real?

Each product page lists its exact material. Bags marked "genuine cowhide leather" are real leather; bags marked "vegan leather (PU)" or "faux leather" are high-quality synthetic leather.

Why does the colour look slightly different in person?

Screens and lighting vary, so colours can look a little different from photos. Hand-woven straw, rattan and bamboo pieces also vary naturally from one to the next.

How do I care for my bag?

Wipe leather and vegan leather with a soft, dry cloth, and store your bag stuffed and away from direct sunlight. Keep straw and rattan bags dry and out of strong sun.
